Hoodlums attack Sadio Mane's family house after African Cup of Nations penalty miss

The family home of Liverpool striker Sadio Mane in Senegal has been reportedly attacked by aggrieved thugs who are still furious for Mane's penalty miss which sent his country
out of the 2017 African Cup of Nations championship held in Gabon.

Senegal were beaten 5-4 on penalty in the quarter-final by Cameroon who later went on to win the title, and it was Sadio Mane's penalty miss that condemned the Senegalese to a defeat.

There is no report of anyone being harmed in the house located in Malika, but it was statedthat Mane's £26,000 SUV car was completely trashed as his relatives fled for the safety of their lives.

Many fans were of the opinion that the strikerdeliberately missed the spot kick so as for him to return to England to help his club Liverpool.

A source told The Sun that the ugly scenario has been reported to the police.“Mane’s uncle and his family have reported these persons to the police. We just hope they will get the punishment they deserve.”the source explainedLiverpool splashed out £34 million for the winger last summer and he has scored 11 goals in 23 appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side so far this season, including two against Spurs on Sunday, February, 12, 2017.
