15' WHAT A MISS! Shibasaki squares the ball across the face of Barcelona's goal which Pique gets in and makes a touch. Ter Stegen then gets a fingertip on the ball before Molina at the far post fails to convert!In fairness, the angle to score was virtually impossible by the point he made contact.
26' Ousmane Dembele is off with injury. Dembele is down on the ground and he looks like he's struggling. He seems to be holding the back of this thigh as the Barcelona medical staff come on. He appeared to trigger the injury when attempting a back-heel. A shame for Dembele, who has had to come off. He's been replaced by former Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu.
30' Barcelona win a corner as Cala heads behind Messi's long ball aimed towards Suarez. The corner is taken short, Messi plays a cross-ball to Iniesta who plays a ball into the box for Umtiti, but his header goes straight into the grateful arms of Guaita.
39' GOAL! Getafe 1-0 Barcelona (Shibasaki) A fully deserved goal for the home side and what a strike it was from Shibasaki! A long ball towards the box was expertly nodded down by Bergara, allowing Shibasaki to smash the ball into the top corner on the half-volley. A fine effort!
44' JUST WIDE! A ferocious effort from Fajir goes wide of Ter Stegen's left post. It was a wild effort.
45' WHAT A SAVE! Messi is standing over a Barcelona free-kick from around 25-yards out. And it's a wonderful strike heading for the top corner but Guaita pulls off a fabulous save!
55' GOOD EFFORT! Sergi Roberto cuts in off the flank and drives a low shot towards goal just outside the box but Guaita gets down and smothers the shot.
62' GOAL! Getafe 1-1 Barcelona (Denis Suarez) Finally, Barcelona have found their reply! Luis Suarez's run in the box seemed to be going nowhere before Sergi Roberto picked the ball up and pegged the ball back to Denis, who curled a first-time shot into the top corner. A fine strike!
80' An excellent attempt from Getafe as Ter Stegen has to produce a good save to catch Guerrero's effort from outside the area.
82' OFF THE POST! Arambarri surges into the box and drives a low shot towards goal, the ball takes a deflection of Sergi Roberto before going behind off the post! So close.
84' GOAL! Getafe 1-2 Barcelona (Paulinho) Paulinho gives Barcelona the lead and that will surely maintain their 100% start to the season. Messi rolls the ball into the Brazilian on the edge of the box, who shows great acceleration and strength to power past the Getafe defence and into the right of the box. That one touch is all he needs before he powerfully drives an effort into the far post and the back of the net.
